Haw. Code R. § 16-91-4 - Display of certificate of licensure and certificate of dispensing optician; license identification card
(a) The certificate
of licensure shall at all times be conspicuously displayed in the licensee's
place of business and a current license identification card shall be in the
licensee's possession.
(b) The
certificate of dispensing optician shall at all times be conspicuously
displayed in the place of business for which the certificate was
issued.
