Haw. Code R. § 16-94-32 - Pest control field representative
Each pest control operator and its principal RME shall be held responsible for the acts, conduct, representations, etc., of a pest control field representative within the scope of pest control field representative's employment. Each pest control operator and its principal RME shall also be held responsible along with the pest control field representative for any violation of chapter 460J, HRS, this chapter, or applicable safety rules by the field representative; and the board may take disciplinary action against the pest control operator, its principal RME, and the pest control field representative.
