Haw. Code R. § 16-94-35 - Examination
(a) All applicants shall qualify for a
license by taking and passing a written examination approved by the board with
a score of seventy per cent or better.
(b) Examinations shall be given regularly and
partial credit shall not be given for any part of the examination.
