Haw. Code R. § 16-94-35.1 - Examination not required
An examination shall not be required when the applicant, within a period of one year prior to application, has previously qualified by written examination or was licensed in good standing or on an inactive status; provided that the applicant applies for a license in the same branch in which the applicant previously qualified by examination or was licensed in good standing or on an inactive status.
