(a) The terms "guaranty," "guarantee," or "guaranteed" shall not be used in any advertising without a specific statement describing the limitations and conditions of the "guaranty", "guarantee", or "guaranteed".

(b) The statement shall include a clear description of the work to be performed under the "guaranty", guarantee", or "guaranteed".
