Haw. Code R. § 16-95-83 - Substitution; drug product selection

(a) It shall be unlawful to dispense a different drug in place of the drug prescribed without the express consent of the person prescribing.
(b) Drug product selection shall comply with part VI of chapter 328, HRS.
