Haw. Code R. § 16-95-85 - Scope of practice of a pharmacy intern
A pharmacy intern may perform all functions under the definition of "practice of pharmacy" as stated in section 461-1, HRS, except where prohibited by any state or federal law or rule and excluding the final drug verification before it is dispensed. The pharmacy intern shall at all times be under the immediate supervision of a licensed or registered pharmacist.
