Haw. Code R. § 16-96-24 - Limitations of deputy port pilot license
Except as otherwise provided, a deputy port pilot license shall authorize the licensee to pilot vessels under five hundred feet in length and less than thirty feet maximum draft at all deep draft harbors in the State.
