Haw. Code R. § 16-96-27 - Renewal of license
A pilot who is in active service as a pilot in the State shall be issued a renewed license upon submittal of a renewal application, the renewal fee, and a current certificate of physical examination, dated no earlier than sixty days before the renewal deadline.
