Haw. Code R. § 16-97-13 - Identification
A licensee shall not use or permit any employee to use a vehicle in the performance of the licensee's duties that is painted in a manner or bears any emblem, insignia, or design that may be mistaken for, or resembles that of any law enforcement vehicle. Each licensee shall include the licensee's license number on any advertising. Advertising shall include, but is not limited to the issuance of any card, sign, or device to any person, or any printed or visual communication which includes but is not limited to advertisements contained in newspapers, telephone directories, pamphlets, direct public mailings, and television or radio communications.
