Haw. Code R. § 16-97-3 - Notification and filing of names, addresses, and changes
(a)
Any person holding a license shall file that person's business address with the
board and shall notify the board in writing within fifteen days of any and all
changes of the person's business address.
(b) The holder of a license to operate a
private detective or guard agency shall file with the board the name and
address of the business, the name and license number of the principal licensee
and, in the case of a duly registered business entity in good standing with the
department's business registration division, the names and addresses of the
sole owner, partners, officers, members, managers, and directors, as the case
may be, and shall notify the board in writing of any change of the names,
addresses, and license number as the case may be, within fifteen days of the
change.
