Haw. Code R. § 16-97-41.1 - Failure to pass examination

Applicants failing to obtain a passing score after two consecutive attempts may not sit for reexamination within ninety days of the last failed administration. Applicants failing to obtain a passing score and to secure a license within one year after filing the application for license shall reapply as a new applicant.
