Haw. Code R. § 17-1610-7 - Geographic area of service
(a) Child welfare
services provided by departmental staff shall be available throughout the state
subject to the availability of resources.
(b) Where child welfare services are provided
through purchase of service, they shall be offered within the scope and funding
of the current contracts.
