Haw. Code R. § 17-1625-4 - Severability
If any section, subsection, paragraph, subparagraph, or clause of these rules or its application to any person or circumstance, is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid, the remaining portions of these rules or the application of these rules to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected.
