Haw. Code R. § 17-1737-28 - Eligibility requirements
(a) The individual
applicant shall meet the basic eligibility requirements of the medicaid program
in order to qualify for medicaid assistance.
(b) Long-term institutional services shall be
available to recipients who have been approved by the department to receive
these services.
