Haw. Code R. § 17-2026-101 - Program description and purpose
The homeless outreach program is a program of the corporation to provide assistance to unsheltered homeless families and individuals. The purpose of the program is to make available intake and referral Services and other needed Services to the unsheltered homeless who might not otherwise receive assistance.
