Haw. Code R. § 17-2028-72 - Eligibility

(a) Tenants in the authority's federal public housing program are eligible to participate in the family self-sufficiency program.

(b) Preference shall be given to applicants who already receive family self-sufficiency-related support services for fifty per cent or less of the allocations.
