Haw. Code R. § 17-534-50 - Rent assistance application

(a) An owner seeking to receive rent assistance for a rental unit shall submit an application form, as prescribed by the authority. The form shall include, but not be limited to, the owner's name, address, ownership information, property information, dwelling unit information, and rent information.

(b) The owners shall submit documentation as required by the authority in order to verify the owner's eligibility to receive rent assistance.
