Haw. Code R. § 17-534-51 - Fair monthly rent
The fair monthly rent for the rental unit shall not be greater than ninety percent of the fair market rent for the same unit size as defined by 24 C.F.R. §888.113 and set forth in Exhibit A, dated 4/1/92, located at the end of this chapter.
