Haw. Code R. § 17-606-15 - Appeal rights of the claimant
The claimant may appeal an adverse administrative hearing decision to the state circuit court. At the time of the hearing decision which upholds the department's action, the claimant shall be notified of the right to pursue judicial review with the circuit court.
