Haw. Code R. § 17-655-1 - Purpose
The purpose of this chapter is to establish the non-financial general eligibility requirements related to rights, identity, age, furnishing of social security number, residency, institutional status, citizenship, and income eligibility verification requirements for the financial assistance and food stamp programs.
