Haw. Code R. § 17-678-13 - Payment for domiciliary care home changes

(a) When an individual resides in a domiciliary care home for a part of the month, the monthly level of care cost shall be based upon a proration of a standard thirty-day month to determine the cost of the partial monthly care.

(b) The standard of assistance shall include the partial monthly level of care cost and the needs for the previous or new living arrangement.
