Haw. Code R. § 17-798.3-1 - Purpose
The purpose of this subchapter is to establish the rules governing the administration and implementation of the child care block grant authorized under 42 U.S.C. § 9858 and 42 U.S.C. §618. This subchapter includes eligibility requirements, benefit amount, and method of determining child care payments for the department's federal child care subsidy program.
