Haw. Code R. § 19-101-5 - Review of application
Upon receipt of the completed application, the department shall analyze, based upon vehicle and load configuration, whether the lowest capacity structure along the Hana Highway can safely continue to support such a vehicle and load configuration. Analysis shall be based upon Section 4, AASHTO "Manual for Maintenance and Inspection of Bridges (1974)".
