Haw. Code R. § 19-122-303 - Resources for acceptability of documents

The examiner of drivers may refer to the following sources of information to determine acceptance:

(1) 6 CFR, Part 37 Real ID Act, Final Rule; Subpart B, section 37.11; section 37.13;

(2) AAMVA U.S. Resources List of Acceptable Documents;

(3) AAMVA Verification Matrix; or

(4) Other sources and references as deemed appropriate by the examiner of drivers.
