Haw. Code R. § 19-123-254 - Monitoring of rider education programs
The department has the right to monitor all rider education courses and certified instructors at any time to assure compliance with the regulations of this chapter. Anyone found to not be in compliance with the requirements of this chapter may have their certificate suspended or terminated in accordance with section 19-123-155.
