Haw. Code R. § 19-123-303 - Monitoring the rider education instructor preparation course
The department has the right to monitor all rider education instructor preparation courses and certified instructors at anytime to assure compliance with the regulations of this chapter. Anyone found to not be in compliance with the requirements of this chapter may have their certificate suspended or terminated in accordance with section 19-123-155.
