Haw. Code R. § 19-126-11 - Summary and accident surveillance reports
The highways division shall prepare and publish a general summary of accident data once each year and accident surveillance reports at least once each year. Copies of the general summary and of the accident surveillance reports shall be transmitted by the highways division to each county and to the director.
