Haw. Code R. § 19-127.1-31 - Maintenance of signs, etc
Signs, markers, and reflectors should be maintained so that they are legible at all times. Damaged or weathered signs, markers, and reflectors should be replaced as required, with urgency being given to regulatory and warning signs.
