Haw. Code R. § 19-128-3 - Traffic control devices inventory
The highways division and each of the four county agencies shall inventory all traffic control devices within their respective jurisdictions. These inventories shall use uniform procedures and shall be designed so that they may be continually updated. These inventories shall include, as a minimum, the following information:
(1) For traffic signs:
(A) Location
(B) Sign message and type of sign
(C) Shape, color, and dimensions
(2) For pavement markings:
(A) Location
(B) Design, position, and
application
(C) Condition
(3) For traffic signals:
(A) Location of signals and
appurtenances
(B) Phase diagrams,
traffic signal cycle lengths, traffic signal cycle splits, and offset
(4) For all traffic control
devices:
(A) Whether or not the device
conforms to the most current editions or revisions of "The Manual on Uniform
Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways."
(B) Whether the device should be replaced,
the priority of its replacement, and the deadline for its
replacement.
