Haw. Code R. § 19-128-6 - Existing traffic control devices
All existing traffic control devices, which make up a system of devices and which are not in conformity with the publication specified in subsection (a) of § 19-128-5 may be maintained in such nonconformity until the whole system of which they are a part is replaced.
