Haw. Code R. § 19-133.2-17 - Enforcement

The director shall fine, suspend or revoke inspection stations or inspectors in accordance with this chapter and chapter 19-133.5, when it finds that an inspection station or inspector is not in compliance with the appropriate rules. The director shall adopt rules pursuant to chapter 91 HRS, to govern fines, suspensions and revocations.
