Haw. Code R. § 19-134-27 - Reconstructed vehicle records
(a) The county
department shall maintain a record file containing a copy of each currently
valid reconstructed vehicle permit issued by the department.
(b) The copy of the reconstructed vehicle
permit nay be removed from the county department record file when the
reconstructed vehicle permit is cancelled.
