Haw. Code R. § 19-135-18 - Enforcement by the county agency director
The county agency by authority of the director shall suspend or revoke inspection station permits or moped safety inspector certificates when it finds that the inspection station or inspector, as the case may be, is not properly conducting inspections or finds any vehicle as defined in section 291C-1, HRS owned by the inspector or station is out of compliance with this chapter. The director shall use the provisions in chapter 19-133.5, for this chapter.
