Haw. Code R. § 19-135-2 - Purpose
The purpose of this chapter is to establish:
(1) Minimum periodic inspection requirements
for mopeds; and
(2) Procedures
concerning the issuance of a certificate of inspection upon satisfactory
compliance with certification requirements.
