Haw. Code R. § 19-137-8 - Training of third party examiners
(1) Training will
be provided by the department to all qualified third party examiners and third
party examiner applicants. Participants will be charged a fee for the
course.
(2) Training programs by
the department for new applicants will be made available only when the current
number of third party examiners is unable to meet the driver demand for third
party examinations as determined by the department.
