Haw. Code R. § 19-139-1 - Purpose
Subchapters 1 to 6 establish policies and procedures to establish a statewide driver education and behind-the-wheel driver training program for persons under the age of eighteen applying for a Class 1, 2 or 3 license as required in section 286-108.4, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
