Haw. Code R. § 19-139-108 - Driver education facilities
All facilities in which driver education courses are taught shall be clean, safe, appropriate, and maintain a comfortable climate. Driver education facilities must adhere to county zoning laws. Classroom courses may not be taught in a residence, unless the classroom is physically separated from the living area.
