Haw. Code R. § 19-139-3 - Procedure to obtain driver's license for persons under eighteen years of age

All persons under the age of eighteen, wishing to receive a Class 1, 2, or 3 driver's license, in addition to the requirements of chapter 286, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and chapter 19-122, Hawaii Administrative Rules, shall present a driver education student completion certificate and a behind-the-wheel student completion certificate for the class of license sought, to the examiner of drivers.
