Haw. Code R. § 19-141-6 - Incorporation of Motor Carrier Safety Fee Table
Pursuant to the authority of the Director set forth in section 286-202, the following Motor Carrier Safety Fee Table, attached separately as Appendix A, is incorporated as assigned to enforce the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and appropriate sections of Title 17, Chapter 286 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes
