Haw. Code R. § 19-143-1 - Purpose
The purpose of this chapter is to provide safe transportation of students by setting safety requirements relating to school bus equipment, design, construction, and identification, driver training arid qualifications, operations, loading and unloading, and maintenance and inspection.
