Haw. Code R. § 19-147-9 - Audit of the vendor
(a) The director
shall audit the vendor annually to ensure compliance with the terms and
conditions of the contract and provisions of this chapter.
(b) The vendor shall pay for the costs
incurred in conducting the audit.
