Haw. Code R. § 19-149-10 - Verification of lawful status -nonrefundable fees
(a) The
examiner of drivers shall charge a nonrefundable flat one dollar fee to
applicants who require a verification of lawful status.
(b) The fees collected shall become state
realizations and be deposited into the state highway fund.
