Haw. Code R. § 19-15.1-34 - Enforcement

This chapter may be enforced by an enforcement officer or any person deputized pursuant to section 261-17, Hawaii Revised Statutes. Department motor vehicle safety officers may enforce vehicle safety requirements pursuant to section 286-203, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
