Haw. Code R. § 19-170-116 - Signs
Except as otherwise provided, signs shall conform to the "B2 Community-Business District" sign regulations of the land use ordinance of the city and county of Honolulu. The corporation shall be responsible for enforcement of the ordinance's provisions, and shall also administer appeals and variances relating to signs.
