Haw. Code R. § 19-170-121 - Temporary uses
Temporary structures, such as tents and booths, may be permitted in any zone for periods not exceeding fourteen days, provided that for good reasons, the executive officer, in his sole discretion, may grant extensions for an additional fourteen days.
