Haw. Code R. § 19-170-4 - Office and office hours
(a) The office of
the development corporation is in Honolulu, Hawaii. All communications to the
development corporation shall be addressed to the department of transportation,
unless otherwise directed by the development corporation.
(b) The office of the development corporation
shall be open from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless
otherwise provided by statute or executive order.
