Haw. Code R. § 19-20.1-9 - Revocation of permit; termination
A permit issued under this chapter may be revoked by the department for violation of this chapter, upon ten days prior written notice. The permit may be terminated without cause by the department or by the permittee upon thirty days prior written notice.
