Haw. Code R. § 19-37-7 - Fire-Aircraft crash
In the event of a fire or an aircraft crash, no fueling operations shall be conducted in the vicinity of such fire or crash. The director shall determine the distance from such fire or crash beyond which fueling operations may be conducted.
