Haw. Code R. § 19-42-15 - Compliance with federal state, and county laws, ordinances, and rules
Use of state harbors and harbor facilities is subject to compliance with all applicable federal, state, or county laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. Particular attention is directed to:
(1) Rules of the United States Public Health
Service and of the state department of health, relating to the use of rat
guards, and other measures required to prevent rodents from leaving the
vessel.
(2) Rules of the state
department of health pertaining to air and water pollution.
(3) Rules of the fire department of each
county.
